Consulting

Consultants of the Safer Internet Centre are psychologists with excellent knowledge about online risks and dangers children and minors encounter in Internet. Every child, young person, parent, teacher, social worker or any other user can contact the Helpline with a question related to the safety of children and young people in Internet. The users can remain anonymous, if they wish.

How to contact a consultant:
1.Make a call to the telephone number 124 123 (with the charge of 0.07 euro per call regardless of its duration). Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00.
2. Use the chat module located in the bottom right corner of this website. Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00. If the consultant is offline, you can leave a message and you will receive an answer to the email address you specify.
3. Send an email to [email protected].
