On the 15th June, over 30 experts from state institutions, the educational system and the non-governmental sector discussed the possible ways through which the prevention of hate speech, discrimination and radicalization of young people could begin as early as in primary school.
The Bulgarian Safer Internet Centre at the Applied Research and Communications Fund has started its new educational campaign “Cyberscout.” With the financial support of Telenor Bulgaria and in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, students from five Bulgarian towns participate in two-day trainings on online safety.
The International Safer Internet Day was celebrated for the 12th time on February 10. Different events and initiatives were held in numerous schools, cultural centres, libraries and other organizations, united under the slogan “Together for a better Internet.”
